Pittsburgh Penguins News & Notes

Pittsburgh isn’t sitting on their hands early this season. Recently, I re-acquired P.O. Joseph from the St. Louis Blues in exchange for future considerations.

Nashville Predators News & Notes

Nashville also had some trade excitement last night, swapping Alexandre Carrier for young Habs defender Justin Barron.

Players To Watch:

Pittsburgh Penguins

Rickard Rakell has been lighting the lamp for the Penguins this season, leading the team with 14 goals. He’s also got 12 points in the last 10 games. Can he keep the pace against a weak Predators lineup? It could be worth a flier for any-time goal scorer on Draft Kings.

Nashville Predators

Juuse Saros is fresh off a shutout against the New York Rangers, and his confidence should’ve had quite a boost. I’d expect Saros to get the nod in net again tonight to work on stringing some wins together. Nashville needs Saros to be strong in net for this roster to have playoff hopes.
