Players To Watch:

Toronto Maple Leafs

Mitch Marner leads the Maple Leafs in scoring with 73 points (18g, 55a) in 57 games, which also ties him for fourth in the NHL. Marner had two goals, including the overtime game-winner, in a 5-4 come-from-behind victory in Boston on Tuesday night. The 27-year-old Markham, Ontario native is on pace for a career-high 103 points, which would eclipse his previous career high of 99 points in the 2022-2023 season.

New York Rangers

Ryan Lindgren will have to step up in the absence of his long-time defense partner, Adam Fox (who was placed on Injured Reserve), while Fox recovers from injury. Lindgren has had back-to-back multi-point games with 2 assists in each of the last two Rangers’ victories. Lindgren has been known as more of a defensive defenseman but has chipped in more offensively this season, as he just set a new career high with 19 points in 53 games. The 27-year-old Burnsville, Minnesota native is on pace for a career-high 27-point season as he’s set to hit free agency when the season ends.
