Utah is coming off a win over the Philadelphia Flyers 3-2 in overtime on Tuesday. The win snapped a five-game losing streak. In the last six games, they are averaging 1.83 goals per game while allowing an average of three goals per game. They are six points behind in the Western Conference playoff race.

Columbus Blue Jackets News & Notes:

The Blue Jackets lost their second straight game on Tuesday with a 3-2 loss to the Buffalo Sabres. They are 3-2-0 in their last five games and are averaging 2.60 goals per game while allowing 2.60 goals per game. Columbus lost the playoff spot the other day and now trails the Tampa Bay Lightning by one point for the final wild-card spot. They do get back their leading point scorer in defenseman Zach Werenski who said he is leaning towards playing tonight after a one-game absence with a lower-body injury.
