Vegas started the season 3-0-0 with wins over the Avalanche, Blues, and Ducks. Since then, they have lost on the road twice. The Golden Knights were defeated by the Capitals 4-2 and by the Lightning 4-3. 

Florida Panthers Notes:

Florida opened the year with a win over the Bruins, before losing two on the road. The Panthers would rebound, beating the Bruins again and then Columbus. Last time out, Florida fell in overtime to the Canucks.

Jack Eichel is joined by Ivan Barbashev and Mark Stone to once again lead the top line for the Golden Knights. Eichel was second on the team in points last year, registering 31 goals and 37 assists. 

Florida Panthers:

Sam Reinhart comes back to lead the first line. Last year he led the team with 57 goals while adding 37 assists, good for 94 total points. Reinhart has been off to a fast start this year, with four goals and five assists on the season. Reinhart has a goal on the power play and two shorthanded.
