Players To Watch:

Washington Capitals

Dylan Strome seems to have found a home in Washington. After three straight 20+ goal seasons (the last two with the Capitals), the 27-year-old pivot is on pace to shatter his career high in points. Strome had a career-high 42 points for the Caps in the 2022-23 season, but this season Strome is on pace (27-98-125) to triple that production.

Colorado Avalanche

All eyes will be on returning forwards Valeri Nichushkin and Jonathan Drouin. Nichushkin will be making his season debut after missing time while in the Player Assistance Program. Drouin played only one game before being injured and will return tonight for his second game of the season.
