He stopped 25 of the 26 shots he faced in Monday’s loss.

The Hurricanes kept their season alive with a 3-0 win over Florida on Monday night and snapped a 13-game Conference Finals losing streak. Carolina has a long way to go to be back in the series. They are averaging 2.9 goals per game in the playoffs while allowing 2.4 goals per game. Frederik Andersen got the start on Monday stopping all 20 shots he faced.
