Florida Panthers

Matthew Tkachuk this season had 57 points on 22 goals and 35 assists. He returned to the Panthers’ lineup in game one and made a statement, scoring two goals and adding an assist. In two games against the Lightning in the regular season, he had just an assist and finished as a minus-two.

Tampa Bay Lightning

Jake Guentzel this season had 80 points on 41 goals and 39 assists. He had one of the Lightning’s two goals on Tuesday. This season against Florida, in four games, he had a point per game, recording two goals and two assists. Guentzel was even in plus/minus against the Panthers.
