New Jersey Devils News & Notes:

The Devils look to even the series up following Sunday’s 4-1 loss to start their best-of-seven series with the Hurricanes. The Devils are looking to make a deep run in the Stanley Cup finals, something they haven’t done since the 2011-12 series when they lost in the finals.

Carolina Hurricanes News & Notes:

The Hurricanes look to take a commanding 2-0 series lead. They haven’t been eliminated in the first round of the playoffs since the 2019-20 season. A win tonight helps them build confidence as they head to New Jersey for game three.
