Penguins Acquire F Cody Glass From Predators

The Pittsburgh Penguins have announced today that they have acquired F Cody Glass, a 2025 third-round pick, and a 2026 sixth-round pick from the Nashville Predators in exchange for F Jordan Frasca. Glass has one year left of a $5 million dollar deal that he signed

Glass, 25, is coming off a tough season with the Predators. In 41 games, he put up six goals and 13 points. He has spent the last three seasons with Nashville, putting up 20 goals and 49 points in 121 games. Glass was drafted sixth overall in 2017 by the Vegas Golden Knights and spent two seasons with them, putting up nine goals and 22 points in 66 games.

Frasca, 23, was an undrafted player who has spent the past two seasons with the Wheeling Nailers (ECHL), putting up 18 goals and 45 points in 76 games, as well as suiting up for 11 games with the Wilkes-Barrie/Scranton Penguins.
