
The Philadelphia Flyers and Seattle Kraken made a minor trade this afternoon. The Flyers are sending forward Jon-Randall Avon to Seattle. The Kraken are sending forward Tucker Robertson to the Flyers. The two played together with the Peterborough Petes in the OHL. Avon in 60 games for the Lehigh Valley Phantoms this past season, he had 17 points on seven goals and ten assists. He was a -12 with a power-play goal, two game-winning goals, and 11 penalty minutes. Robertson played in 38 games for the Coachella Valley Firebirds, recording nine points on four goals and five assists. He was a minus-five with 13 penalty minutes. In three Calder Cup Playoff games, he didn’t record a point.

Jon-Randall Avon
Avon played three seasons with the Petes in the OHL. He played in 179 games, recording 139 points on 62 goals and 77 assists. He was a plus-six with 82 penalty minutes. In 27 playoff games, he had 16 points on nine goals and seven assists. Avon was a minus-five with 14 penalty minutes. He then joined the Phantoms in 2023-24. In 65 games, he had 18 points on nine goals and nine assists. He was a minus-ten with three power-play goals and 20 penalty minutes. In three Calder Cup Playoff games, he was held pointless, finishing as a minus-one with 12 penalty minutes.
Tucker Robertson
Robertson played in 191 games for the Petes. He had 189 points on 85 goals and 104 assists. He was a plus-ten with 102 penalty minutes. In 27 playoff games, he had 26 points on 12 goals and 14 assists. He was a plus-four with 11 penalty minutes. In 2023-24, he joined the Coachella Valley Firebirds, playing in 39 games. He had 16 points on six goals and four assists. He was a plus-three with 13 penalty minutes. In a Calder Cup Playoff game, he was held pointless. In 13 ECHL games for the Kansas City Mavericks, he had 14 points on four goals and ten assists. He was a plus-four with two penalty minutes.
