LAVAL, QC. – The Laval Rocket put on a show in their final home game of the regular season, cruising to a 5–1 win over the Belleville Senators at Place Bell, on Friday night. Laval had scoring contributions across the board from Xavier Simoneau, Florian Xhekaj, Lucas Condotta, Alex Barré-Boulet, and Sean Farrell whom all found the back of the net in a high-energy performance.

Cayden Primeau was a wall in net for Laval, stopping 33 shots and stealing the spotlight with a wild moment when he lost a skate blade mid-play and still kept his crease under control. Oskar Petterson was the only one who could score and take the shutout away from Primeau. The win capped off a strong team performance and gave the home crowd a reason to cheer.

After the final buzzer, the Rocket kept tradition alive with their annual jersey exchange where players handed off their game-worn sweaters to lucky fans on the ice, wrapping the night up with a heartfelt thank you to the Laval fanbase. A memorable sendoff from a team that never quits and will be waiting to hear who will be their opponents for round 2 of the Calder Cup playoffs.
