ROSEMONT, Ill. – Sunday afternoon at the Allstate Arena the Chicago Wolves faced off against the Cleveland Monsters.

The game was scoreless at the end of the first period, but the Wolves hit the back of the net first, late in the second period with a goal by Josiah Slavin. The Monsters came back and scored two goals 65 seconds apart within the last two minutes of the period to take a 2-1 lead. The goals came from Trey Fix-Wolansky and Samuel Knazko.

Headed into the third period, the Monsters Luca Del Bel Belluz scored less than two minutes in, tompu them up 3-1. The Wolves answered back with a goal by Skyler Brind’Amour at 12:42 to make it a one goal game, but that would be all of the scoring for Chicago. Cleveland ended the game with a 3-2 victory over the Wolves.
