WILKES-BARRE, Pa. – The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins went up against the visiting Cleveland Monsters on Saturday evening. The Monsters jumped out to an early lead and had a 4-1 lead heading into the first intermission. The Penguins cut the lead to 4-2 by the end of the second period, and in the third the Penguins made it a one goal game when Jonathan Gruden lit the lamp at the 11:05 mark. In the closing minute of the game the Penguins continued to look for the equalizer with the goalie pulled for the extra attavker. With just 19 seconds left and after a pile up in front of the net, Sam Poulin scored to tie the game up 4-4, to send it to overtime. The comeback was complete when Owen Pickering scored the game winner at 4:36 of OT, to give the Penguins the 5-4 victory.
