GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Coming off a four-game win streak, the Grand Rapids Griffins looked to keep their hot streak going against the Colorado Eagles in Van Andel Arena for back-to-back games on Friday and Saturday.
The Eagles, however, came in and managed to shut out the Griffins in their own home not once but twice. Colorado took Game 1 with a 2-0 shutout and found the net six times in their shutout in Game 2.
