ROCKFORD, Ill – Saturday night at the BMO Center, the Rockford IceHogs faced off against the Grand Rapids Griffins for the first game of the Central Division Semi-Finals.

The IceHogs got off to a 2-0 lead after two periods, but the Griffins came back and scored two goals in the third period to send the game into overtime.

The Griffins scored in overtime to take a 3-2 victory and take a 1-0 lead in the series.
