PROVIDENCE, RI. – The Hershey Bears edged out the Providence Bruins in a close 2-1 victory on Sunday, at the Amica Mutual Pavilion. The Bears took control with solid defensive play and a critical third-period goal, allowing them to secure a win in the final game of their weekend road trip. Providence took an early lead thanks to the goal scored by forward, Vinni Lettieri but struggled to maintain momentum against Hershey’s persistent offense.

This win concluded an impressive weekend for Hershey, marking their third consecutive road victory and strengthening their position near the top of the standings. Providence, now 2-4-0 on the season, will look to rebound as they continue the early stretch of the season.
