CINCINNATI, Ohio. – Saturday afternoon, the visiting Indy Fuel defeated the Cincinnati Cyclones 2-1 at Heritage Bank Center. The Cincinnati players wore specialty purple jerseys for Cyclones Fight Cancer.
Kyle Bollers opened the scoreing at 16:52 into the first period for the Cyclones and Fuels’ forward Darby Llewellyn tied the game up at 6:52 in the second period. The game-winning goal for the Fuel came with less than three minutes left in the game, when Kevin Lombardi scored on a rebound.
