DULUTH, Ga. – After a well deserved victory the night before, the Atlanta Gladiators welcomed the Jacksonville Icemen to Gas South Arena on Saturday night for their last game before the Christmas break. Dressed in Margaritaville inspired jerseys, the Gladiators festive mood quickly turned into desperation to stop the flood of goals from the Icemen, to include a hat trick from Logan Cockerill. Despite a goalie change and two goals in the second period, the Gladiators were unable to overcome the pressure from Jacksonville and fell to the Icemen by a score of 7-2, ending their win streak.
