STATELINE, Nev. – The Tahoe Knight Monsters played their inaugural game against the Jacksonville Icemen on Thursday night, at the Tahoe Blue Event Center.

Tahoe scored first much to delight of the crowd, but Jacksonville answered back with a goal in the first and two in the second periods. Down 3-1, Tahoe evened things up in the third period to force overtime. Jacksonville would prevail, taking a 4-3 OT victory, spoiling Tahoe’s opening night,
