CINCINNATI, Ohio. – Friday night, Cincinnati Cyclones Captain Justin Vaive made team history by scoring his 150th goal with Cincinnati in their 6-1 victory over the Maine Mariners. Vaive opened the scoreboard 8:24 into the second period, assisted by Remy Parker and Steven MacLean. Three minutes later, Chase Zieky tied the game up at when he beat goaltender Pavel Cajan. The Cyclones retook the lead when Chas Sharpe scored his first goal of the night at 13:57 of the second period.

The Cyclones’ dominant victory was reflected in the third period when they outshot Maine 13-5 ( 27-10 overall) and scored four unanswered goals. The star of the night was Cyclones Captain Justin Vaive. Goaltender Brian Uzzo made his debut with the Cincinnati Cyclones.
