ROCKFORD, Ill. – Saturday night at the BMO Center, the Rockford IceHogs faced off against the Milwaukee Admirals.

The Admirals opened up the scoring early in the first period but the IceHogs would answer back with three goals. The Admirals scored twice more to tie the game at 3-3 at the end of the first period.

The Admirals scored again during second period, but the IceHogs scored in the third period to tie the game 4-4 and send it to overtime. Neither team would score in OT, so game was decided in the shootout in which the IceHogs would prevail to win the game 5-4.
