Emily Clark Goal Celebration

OTTAWA, ON. – Emily Clark led the Ottawa Charge to a 3-1 victory over the Montréal Victoire with two goals and one assist, extending her point streak to five games.

The Charge opened the scoring in front of a sold-out crowd at TD Place with a goal by rookie Stephanie Markowski. The ice-breaker was Markowski’s first career PWHL goal. The Victoire would get one back not long after on a power-play goal by Laura Stacey, but that would be all for Montréal in this one. It was all Emily Clark from there out.
Clark would score on a nice feed from Mannon McMahon to finish the second frame, and then bury the empty netter to solidify the win for the Charge.

This win was Ottawa’s first-ever win against Montreal on their home ice. The Charge earned three points tonight and are still in fifth place, however, they are inching closer to the Boston Fleet, only three points behind.
