PORTLAND, Maine – Saturday night, the Maine Mariners took on the Newfoundland Growlers in what would be a very physical game. Newfoundland dominated the scoring, to take a 5-1 victory.
Zach Malatesta would best Jackson Berezowski, with a few quick punches at the 9:49 mark of the third period, earning them both a five minute major penalty for fighting.
