DULUTH, Ga.- For the last time this season, the Atlanta Gladiators and the Orlando Solar Bears faced off at Gas South Arena. With only two home games left and losing to the Solar Bears in overtime just two days prior, the Gladiators were hoping to end the series with a win of their own. This time, Atlanta opened the scoring with a goal from Cody Sylvester, right under seven minutes into the game. The score remained unchanged throughout the second period and most of the third until Alex Young scored back to back goals on the power play. Despite their efforts, Orlando was unable to capitalize on any scoring chances and fell to Atlanta by a score of 3-0. With this win, Atlanta’s goaltender Ethan Haider earned his fourth shutout of the season.
