JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – It was Bluey Night, during the Publix Family Funday game on Sunday, with the Jacksonville Icemen facing the Orlando Solar Bears, for the last game of the regular season. Both teams had already clinched a playoff spot, so nothing was on the line for either team. Orlando took a 3-2 victory, in a physical game, with multiple fights, and as the game wore on, some after-whistle altercations.

First Period Scoring: Milo Roelens – ORL 2:43. Christopher Brown – JAX 4:04. Peter Tischke – JAX 17:44.

Second Period Scoring: Ryan O’Reilly – ORL 2:21. Spencer Kersten – ORL 4:28.

Third Period Scoring: None

Both teams will commence their first round of the Kelly Cup Playoffs on Friday, April 18th. Jacksonville will face the current Kelly Cup holders, the Florida Everblades, and Orlando will face the top team in the ECHL and winners of the Brabham Cup, the South Carolina Stingrays.
