COLUMBUS, Ohio – The visiting Ottawa Senators beat the Columbus Blue Jackets 3-2 in a shootout Thursday night at Nationwide Arena. Claude Giroux beat Blue Jackets’ goaltender Elvis Merzlikins in the third and final round of the shootout. Columbus will host the San Jose Sharks on Saturday.
