KNOXVILLE, Tenn – The Knoxville Ice Bears hosted the Pensacola Ice Flyers in the second of a two-game weekend series on Saturday night.

The Knoxville Ice Bears were looking to bounce back from their 4-0 loss on Saturday during their Nashville Predators night. The Ice Bears started off quick with two goals within the first four minutes of the first period. Pensacola answered back with two first period goals of their own. The two teams then went scoreless through the rest of regulation and the overtime period. Knoxville’s goalie, Zane Steeves, shut Pensacola out in the shootout, giving the Ice Bears the extra point. The Knoxville Ice Bears beat the Pensacola Ice Flyers 3-2 in a OT shoot out.
