KNOXVILLE, Tenn – The Knoxville Ice Bears hosted the Peoria Rivermen on Wednesday for their Dino Races Night. 

Peoria came into the game undefeated in regulation. The Rivermen started the game with three unanswered goals in the first period. During the second period, Knoxville closed the gap and went into the second intermission trailing 4-3. In the third period, the Ice Bears put up three more goals to close out the game on top 6-5. Knoxville’s Roman Kraemer had a hat trick in his first game with the team. 

The Knoxville Ice Bears defeated the Peoria Rivermen 6-5.
