CALGARY, AB – On Tuesday evening, the Calgary Wranglers played their first of back-to-back games against the San Diego Gulls. The Wranglers are currently leading the AHL Pacific Division with a 7-1 record going into this game, and the Gulls have been struggling with a 2-4 record to start their season.

Gulls defenseman Tyson Hinds opened the scoring, putting the San Diego Gulls up 1-0 until Matt Coronato got the Wranglers going just over two minutes later. Coronato led the Wranglers with his first two goals of the Season, while Ilya Solovyov scored from the faceoff for his second of the year. Clark Bishop concluded the scoring for Calgary with the game-winning goal for a 4-3 victory. Dryden Hunt had two assists for the Wranglers.
