READING, Pa – During the 2023-24 season the Reading Royals had a record of 29-35-6-2 and they failed to make the playoffs. It was the second season with James Henry behind the bench before a mid-season coaching switch to Jason Binkley.

The Royals open their 2024-25 season in Trois-Rivières, QC on October 18th to face the Lions, before hosting the Wheeling Nailers October 26 for their home opener at Santander Arena. This will be Jason Binkley’s first full season as head coach.

Check out this photo gallery from Inside the Rink’s Sarah Pietrowski, who is also the Royals’ team photographer. In addition to covering all Royals’ home games, Sarah often covers Royals road games. Here are some of her favorite photos from the season.
