COLUMBUS, Ohio. – On Saturday night, the Columbus Blue Jackets defeated the visiting St. Louis Blues 6-4 at Nationwide Arena. Dmitri Voronkov scored twice, with Sean Monahan and Ivan Provorov contributing three assists each for the Blue Jackets. Columbus survived the comeback run from the Blues, who found themselves three goals behind with 13 minutes left in the game.

Brayden Schenn’s goal 16:16 into the third period made things interesting, but it wasn’t enough for the Blues to complete the comeback. An empty netter from Mathieu Olivier with one minute left in the game sealed the win for the Columbus Blue Jackets.
