MILWAUKEE, Wisc. – Sunday night at the UW Milwaukee Panther Arena, the Milwaukee Admirals faced off against the Texas Stars in Game 5 of The Calder Cup Central Division Finals. The Stars took a 3-2 victory to win the series and eliminate the Admirals, to move on to the Western Conference Finals against the Abbotsford Canucks.

Curtis McKenzie opened the scoring for the Stars at 5:23 of the first Period, but Chase DeLeo would score at 9:55 to end the period tied at 1-1. Fedor Svechkov would score at 12:05 of the second to give the Admirals a 2-1 lead going into the third period.

Matej Blumel would score at 1:44 of the third period to tie the game up at 2-2. Justin Hryckowian scored the game winning goal at 14:55 to give the Stars a 3-2 lead and the victory.
