SAN JOSE, Calif. – The San Jose Barracuda (21-13-2-2) took an early 2-0 lead Saturday at Tech CU Arena, but the Toronto Marlies (22-10-2-3) rallied for a 4-3 overtime win.

Andrew Poturalski (18) opened the scoring on a first-period power play, and Jack Thompson (2) extended the lead early in the second. Toronto responded with two goals in the middle frame, tying the game late in the period.

Joe Blandisi (7) gave the Marlies their first lead in the third, but with 13 seconds left, Jimmy Schuldt (4) forced overtime with a desperation shot. Logan Shaw (5) netted the winner in OT just after a power play expired.
