PHOTOS: Toronto Sceptres vs. Boston Fleet – 01/22/2025

LOWELL, Mass. – The Boston Fleet delivered a commanding performance at home on Wednesday, defeating the Toronto Sceptres 4-1. Boston set the tone early, jumping to a 1-0 lead in the first four minutes of the first period with a goal from Alina Müller. Emily Brown added to Boston’s lead to give the Fleet a two-goal lead heading into the first intermission.

In the third period, Müller’s shot deflected off the skate of Boston forward Shay Maloney. The puck trickled into the back of the net to give Boston a three-goal lead. After Toronto responded with a goal from Captain Blayre Turnbull, Boston sealed the 4-1 win with an empty netter from Megan Keller.
