CALGARY, AB. – The Calgary Wranglers took on the Tucson Roadrunners for the second stint in the doubleheader on Wednesday night at the Scotiabank Saddledome. Cameron Hebig started the Roadrunners’ off with an early goal at the 0:50 Second mark of the first, followed by a Wranglers goal by Hunter Brzustewicz a few minutes later. Hebig added his second goal of the period at 13.26, ending the period with the Roadrunners up 2-1.
The Wranglers responded early in the second period to tie the game with a goal by Ilya Solovkov. The Roadrunners came back with a goal, but the Wranglers followed with two more to bring the score to 4-3, which was the final result.
