Lyon will get the whole game in net for the Red Wings tonight. He’s played twice this preseason, in his first game he stopped all 13 shots he faced in 40 minutes of ice time. In the second game he allowed two goals on 22 shots. Last season he took over in the crease for the Red Wings and kept them in the playoff hunt going 21-18-5 with a 3.05 goals against average and a .904 save percentage.

Ottawa: Dustin Tokarski (0-0-1, 3.75 GAA) / Anton Forsberg (1-1-0, 2.52 GAA)

Tokarski in his lone preseason appearance allowed two goals on 12 shots in just under 32 minutes of ice time. Forsberg has played in two preseason games in the first one he got the win stopping 19 of 20 shots. In the second one he lost allowing four goals on 25 shots in just over 59 minutes.
