PWHL Boston Reveals New Team Identity

On Monday morning, PWHL Boston finally revealed their new name and logo along with the rest of the league. Introducing to the spotlight, the Boston Fleet!

Over the weekend there was heavy speculation on a big update regarding the teams. Bored PWHL fans looking for new content instantly knew it was in regards to the names and logos. What gave it away so quickly was every team made their profile pictures gray and white this past week. It was revealed late overnight that the names and logos would be revealed on live television (Good Morning America for US fans, and Breakfast Television for Canadian fans)

Most Boston fans are happy about the team name and logo. Many are glad it wasn’t the Wicked, as previously rumored. Many were led to believe it would be the Wave. Nonetheless, we have names and logos for these women and trailblazers! Training camp is projected to start in mid-November, and jerseys are expected to be revealed in late October/Early November.
