Update on Miro Heiskanen

The Dallas Stars will return to the ice tomorrow night as they take on the Vancouver Canucks. They are currently on a three-game win streak and have won four of their last five. They did however suffer a major blow as they lost Miro Heiskanen during Tuesday night’s 4-3 overtime win over the Golden Knights. Heiskanen left the game following a collision with Mark Stone, Stone is not facing any discipline. Heiskanen is being ruled week-to-week with a lower-body injury. He had an MRI yesterday and will see a specialist later today to learn more about the injury. He is currently doubtful for the Four Nations tournament; a decision will likely come once they learn more about the injury. It’s a tough loss on the blue line for the Stars as they hold second place in the Central Division by one point entering tonight’s schedule.
