Utah Hockey Update: Smith Entertainment Group Announce Name, Colors, and Jerseys for 2024-25 Season

The NHL in Utah train has finally reached it’s penultimate station – a first year name, with a color scheme and jersey appearance attached just in time for their sixth overall selection at the 2024 NHL Entry Draft.

The Utah Hockey Club’s color scheme is rock black, salt white, and mountain blue, with a primarily black jersey for home games and a primarily white jersey for away games featuring three stripes on the sleeve, a blue top and bottom stripe, and then a white stripe on the home or a black stripe on the away.

The name “Utah Hockey Club” will subside after one year, but the team’s color scheme is permanent for the time being.

Team owner Ryan Smith tweeted this from his personal account, inviting fans to join the team’s journey.

This is also the first look at the new jerseys Fanatics will be issuing league-wide after buying the licensing rights.

The jerseys appear to be part of an “Authentic Pro” line Fanatics is creating.
