Winnipeg Jets Recall Chris Driedger & Jaret Anderson-Dolan

The Winnipeg Jets announced today that the team has recalled forward Jaret Anderson-Dolan and goaltender Chris Driedger from the Manitoba Moose.

The moves come after the Jets need insurance for their forward core and a goaltender to backup Connor Hellebuyck on their road trip, which starts in Los Angeles.

With Gabriel Vilardi out week-to-week, Rasmus Kupari out with a concussion, and Eric Comrie on baby watch, the moves were necessary as the Jets continue to roll toward the top spot in the Central Division.

Anderson-Dolan has 19 points (7G, 12A) in 51 games this season with Manitoba. The 25-year-old Calgary product has 28 points (15G, 13A) in 127 career NHL games. He’s played all but one NHL game with Los Angeles with the lone game being in Nashville. Having played 166 games at the AHL level, Anderson-Dolan has 98 points (41G, 57A) split between Manitoba and the Ontario Reign.

Driedger is 11-9-4 on the season with a 3.03 goals-against average (GAA) and a .877 SV% in 25 games this season. The 30-year-old Winnipeg, Manitoba-born goaltender has split his time this season between the Moose and the Charlotte Checkers. In Driedger’s 67 career NHL games for the Ottawa Senators, Florida Panthers, and Seattle Kraken, he has a 31-24-5 record with five shutouts, a 2.45 GAA, and a .917 SV%.

His AHL resume boasts 212 games with a 105-75-19 record with eight shutouts, a 2.73 GAA, and a .911 SV%. During his time in the Kraken organization, Dridger was an integral part of the Coachella Valley Firebirds’ 2024 Calder Cup Final appearance, where he posted a 12-6-0 record, one shutout, a 2.67 GAA, and a .906 SV%.

The Moose are back at home for their final homestand of the 2024-25 season, where they host the Laval Rocket on Tuesday and Wednesday evening. The spring break clash against Laval has a puck drop for both games set for 7:00 pm CST.
