The Coyotes have signed the center to a two-year, $3.5 million per year contract. The two-way player should be able to fill a middle six and special teams role on the Coyotes. As the team looks to be more competitive and take the next step in the rebuild, Kerfoot’s defense and drive should help the team there.
The Arizona Coyotes have had their busiest free agency day one in years and may not be done adding just yet. The team is looking to improve the gaps around their young talent and have done so with these moves.
