
Tahoe Knight Monster defenseman Adrien Bisson is heading overseas to France to join Briancon in Ligue Magnus after spending his first professional season in North America. Bisson bounced around the league during the 2024-25 season, spending time with the Florida Everblades, Adirondack Thunder, and Tahoe Knight Monsters. He began his season with Florida, playing just 10 games before being traded to Adirondack in January. Bisson would play 23 games with Adirondack before being traded to Tahoe right before the deadline. In 44 games, he would put up one goal and 12 assists for 13 points. Bisson also had one goal while playing in six games during the 2025 Kelly Cup Playoffs. He becomes the first member of the Knight Monsters to head overseas this Summer.
Prior to going pro, Bisson spent time in the CCHL and NCAA. He would start in the CCHL with the Ottawa Jr.Senators, as he spent four years with the club. In 148 games with the Junior Senators, he would put up 12 goals and 54 assists for 66 points. The Jr Senators would win back-to-back CCHL championships in 2018 and 2019. Bisson then spent five years in the NCAA, which included three years at the University of Maine, followed by his final two years at Mercyhurst University. In 138 career NCAA games, he would put up 10 goals and 23 assists for 33 points. The Cornwall, Ontario native would begin his professional career at the end of the 2023-24 season, playing in nine regular-season games with the Everblades while putting up one assist. He would play in two games for the Everblades during the 2024 Kelly Cup Playoffs.
