Atlanta has recently welcomed Brady Fleurent, a 29-year-old forward from Maine to its roster. Fleurent joins Atlanta after a successful beginning of the season with the Knoxville Ice Bears of the SPHL, tallying nine goals, four assists, and 13 points in 12 games. Previously, Fleurent played in the ECHL and contributed nine goals, 13 assists, and 22 points in 48 games for the Adirondack Thunder.

He has made a strong impression this season, starting off well with the Knoxville Ice Bears. This past Wednesday (November 15), Fleurent achieved a hat trick during the game against the Fayetteville Marksmen. He scored the opening goal for the Ice Bears, securing a lead against the Marksmen in the first period. He would go on to score two more goals in the third period, one of which was on the PP and the other an empty netter. Fluerent’s impressive hat trick was the turning point of the game, leading the Ice Bears to a 4-1 victory over the Marksmen.

The Atlanta Gladiators have a busy schedule this week, with four games taking place within a seven-day span. The first match takes place on Tuesday against the Jacksonville Icemen. The Greenville Swamp Rabbits are scheduled to visit Atlanta on Wednesday, followed by the Savannah Ghost Pirates on Friday. Lastly, the team will face the Swamp Rabbits again on Saturday night for a second time this week.
