ECHL Breaking News: Three Players Getting Called Up To Utica Comets

The New Jersey Devils have been hit with the injury bug, which has affected all three levels of the organization as Adirondack Thunder Head Coach Pete MacArthur announced that Forward Jace Isley, along with defencemen Colin Felix and Tobias Vilen. Isley has played three games with the Comets this season but has yet to find the scoresheet, but has had a solid season in Adirondack, putting up four goals and 11 assists for 15 points in 28 games. Vilen heads back to Utica, where he has spent 12 games putting four assists in 12 games, but has been thriving in Adirondack, where he’s put up three goals and seven assists for 10 points in six games, including the two games vs. Maine Mariners this past weekend. Colin Felix is making up his second trip to Utica this season after spending three games with the Comets at the beginning of the season. Felix’s call-up comes right after he found the net for the first time since November 26th vs Worcester.

Adirondack should be okay, as they are heading to Newfoundland on Tuesday to begin a three-game set, and head coach Pete MacArthur said that they are expecting to have Darion Skeoch and Ryan Orgel on the trip.
