On Tuesday, the team announced that they had agreed to terms with Iacopelli, marking his return to the team’s line-up next season. Iacopelli was a late addition to the team last year, joining the roster on March 14th in a trade with the Kalamazoo Wings. During the Icemen’s postseason play, he collected an additional four goals.

Before suiting up with the Icemen, Iacopelli played in 46 games in Kalamazoo, registering 29 points. Prior to his time with the Wings, the forward saw playing time with the Indy Fuel and Manchester Monarchs. All-in-all, Iacopelli has amassed 191 games of ECHL experience, collecting 123 points in the league over the span of his career. A member of the Rockford IceHogs from 2016-2019, Iacopelli also possesses 85 games of AHL experience.
