ECHL: K-Wings Sign Rookie Forward

Today, the Kalamazoo K-Wings have signed forward Jack Olmstead to a standard player contract. Olmstead joins the K-Wings after playing 27 games in Sweden with Amals SK. During the 27 games, Olmstead tallied 28 goals and 29 assists. After showing some impressive offensive numbers, the K-Wings hope Olmstead can bring some of that scoring punch back to North America.

Olmstead spent his NCAA career with the University of Michigan (9 games, 1 point) and Miami University (73 games, 18 points).
