ECHL: Norfolk Admirals Claim Forward On Waivers

The Norfolk Admirals have added another forward to their team as they claimed Jeremiah Addison off waivers today from the Utah Grizzlies. Addison, who made his ECHL on February 2nd vs Tulsa Oilers, would end up playing in six games with Utah as he’s put up one goal and one assist but has not played since February 16th. He had previously played in six games with the Laval Rocket. Prior to joining Utah, the former Montreal Canadiens draft pick spent three years of his collegiate career with St. Francis Xavier University before joining the Toronto Metropolitan University Bold for his final year of eligibility. In four years, he played in 38 games, putting up 13 goals and 24 assists for 37 points in 38 games. The Ontario Native spent last year playing for two different teams in Slovakia, putting up 13 goals and five assists for 18 points in 30 games, and continued his overseas career playing in Germany before joining Utah. In 10 games in Germany, he put up three goals and three assists for six points. This is a solid depth addition for an Admirals team that is 8-1-1 in their last ten games.
