The Mavericks received future considerations from the Everblades. The Everblades must complete the future considerations transaction by June 20th, 2024, the ECHL deadline. Specific trade details were not published, but typically, future considerations involve a player. The negotiating team can ask for particular traits/ qualities of the player, such as a player that can play on both the left and right wings and is a right-handed shot. Regardless, Luke Santerno will be in an Everblades sweater soon.

The Everblades will play the Ghost Pirates on Friday and Saturday night at Enmarket Arena in Savannah, and the Mavericks will play a home-away-home series against the Wichita Thunder on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
