Cutter Gauthier finally scored his first goal of the season in the Ducks’ 6-4 win over the Detroit Red Wings on Friday night. Anaheim completed their six-game homestand with a 2-4-0 record. The Ducks travel to Dallas tonight to face the Stars who are 7-1-0 at American Airlines Center.

Mason Marchment was named the NHL second star of the week (for the week ending November 17). Marchment has been on a tear of late with nine points (4g, 5a) in his last three games. It is the second most points in a three-game span since the 1993-94 season. Marchment has factored in nine of the Stars’ sixteen goals since November 11.
