Minnesota Wild News & Notes:

Minnesota is in a comfortable playoff position and dealing with a couple of key injuries up front. For the Wild, it’s all about maintaining their momentum. Minnesota will have the ability to add a player or two before the trade deadline to help propel this team forward. But the real relief comes this offseason, when the buyout cap restraint is gone.

Utah Hockey Club News & Notes:

Utah will be a buyer at this trade deadline and has plenty of room for improvement. But this team has earned the opportunity to compete for the playoffs. With plenty of cap space and lots of draft capital, Utah will be an interesting team to watch come March 7.
